View, track and manage chemical inventories in real time.
The chemical module helps user to keep track of all chemical inventories in real time. The system is based on a chemical registry which captures the details required by each chemical to meet local and international regulation involving collection, storage and transportation of hazardous materials.
Workflow
Chemical registration
List of chemicals are available through a chemical registry. The registry is single source of informatin for all chemicals that are being used
inside the facility. In case there are new chemicals that needs to be added to the register, it can be easily done from add new chemical feature.
This will help the registry to be up to date with latest products available in the market. The registry automatically produce informations
such as hazard statements, precautionary statements, pictograms and other relevant information based on their hazard class and/or hazard category.
Chemical labelling
All labels will be generated through Vertex 360 desktop application. The user will select a chemical from the list provided and print the labels.
All other information including a unique ID will be automatically added to the label. These labels will then be pasted on chemical containers and scanned for registration, relocation or consumption.
Chemical inventory
You can see quantity of chemicals available in your facility at any given moment from either the chemical registry or the chemical inventory page.
In chemical registry, you can see the quantity of each type of chemical available throughout your facility, whereas in chemical inventory page, you can view quantity of all types of chemical in each location.
Chemical relocation
All chemicals will be linked to a location upon registration. Once registered, user can update the location of containers through the change location page.
User will scan containers once they are removed or added into the chemical store. This will give user real time data of chemicals available within the facility.
